I am grateful for the opportunities I have to photograph and document my experiences in Moh'kinstsis, a place also called Calgary. I am fortunate to share this land with the people of the Blackfoot Confederacy (the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations), the Stoney Nakoda (the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney First Nations), and the Tsuut’ina First Nations, as well as the Métis Nations Districts 5 and 6 who have cared for this land since time immemorial.
